Annual Huckleberry Festival Vendor Information

BOOTH SPACES ARE ALMOST FULL!! CALL BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR NEW APPLICATION TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY!!

The Huckleberry Festival provides spaces for craft vendors and artisans to display and sell their hand-crafted items. Our Festival prides itself in showcasing arts and crafts from vendors and artisans, so you will always be guaranteed to find something unique and special. On average, we have close to 100 booths each year at the Festival, ensuring everyone will find something to enjoy!

We also have several food vendors, staffed by various charitable and civic groups in our communities, and serve as an important fundraiser for those groups.  So as not to compete with our non-profit groups, we do not accept commercial, for-profit food vendors. It is the responsibility of the non-profit group to obtain a food handler permit from the county (information can be found HERE). If you are a non-profit group interested in becoming a food vendor at the festival, please contact Carrie Greene at tncgreene@montana.com or 406-827-1801.

Please note that spaces are not guaranteed until both the application and payment IN FULL have been received, and your space confirmed. See the letter below for 2024 fees.

For more information, call Carrie Greene at 406-827-1801 or Email her at tncgreene@montana.com
